Outcomes

The expected outcomes through implementation of our proposed strategic plan include an enhanced capacity to:

Develop mechanisms to convey the concerns of ethnic minorities to concerned authorities
Respond to changing needs and aspirations of all stakeholders
Implement changing the way services are delivered to better meet the needs of the stakeholders involved
Play an appropriate and active role in consulting with and responding to all stakeholders
Ensure that the constituents have an access to appropriate services, both cultural and linguistic
Identify and manage change
Boost forum’s roles, responsibilities and activities
Establishment of a local drop-in-centre to offer relevant support
